Jean is an expert in the field of real estate rental and sales. She has actively managed
rental properties for 27 years. She has also significant construction experience with a 28 year tenure
as a licensed realtor, new construction home sales, and full rehabilitation of several properties.
Jean is a principal in 2 corporations, a partner in 2 successful real estate brokerages and holds an MBA
from Loyola College.

Tiara Owens

Tiara is responsible for the overall operation of Key Property Management. She is responsible for hiring, training,
and motivating personnel. With 7 years of managerial experience, Tiara uses her expertise in all aspects of property
management to assure efficient leasing, property maintenance, problem resolution, account oversight, new owner orientation and
communcation and liason. Tiara is the first point of contact for owners.

Laura Mykich
Leasing Manager

Laura is responsible for receiving and responding to all tenant prospect calls as well as scheduling and performing property
showings. She also performs walk throughs and annual property inspections in addition to meeting tenants to write
initial leases. After many years on the job, Laura is the company expert regarding property condition and the
effectiveness of advertising. Laura is also an expert on Craigslist and scopes out new free advertising sites regularly.

Kate Tshiams

Kate is in charge of all tenant and owner communication. She processes tenant applications, coordinates new properties,
handles all registrations and municipality obligations, coordinates repairs with owners and tenants, prepares leases, handles
bookkeeping, etc.

Sheila Reiss

Sheila provides general office support, produces brochures and marketing pieces. She backs up the entire office
and provides general bookkeeping services. Sheila compiles new owner and tenant packages and establishes
new files within our system.

Ed consults Key Property Management regarding difficult market analyses, assists owners in preparing their properties
for sale, markets and sells properties, and lists properties for rent where appropriate. Ed has been a leader
in real estate for over 15 years. He specializes in investment and foreclosure properties and has considerable
construction/rehab experience. Ed is a principal in 2 corporations, a partner in 2 successful real estate
brokerages, and holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University.
